It's an interesting balance. On the one hand, I have to do a ton of number crunching and data/trend analyses. On the other hand, I'm also dealing with people within my company who are in essence my "customers". So there's a customer service aspect to it as well. It's all about meeting deadlines and trying to get people information they want when they want it.
*Supportive team and boss
*Excellent work ethics
*Tons of career building/expansion opportunities
*Readily rewarded for job well done
*Generous amount of days off alotted each year
*Generally does not require overtime hours
*When it rains, it pours. Busy time is incredibly crazy, but slow time is mind numbingly slow.
*Sick days count against our alotted days off.
*Working with people in different time zones is to my disadvantage.
